During the months of April, May, June, September, October and November, licensed health care professionals and students have the opportunity to fly along with West Michigan Air Care as an observer.
The following are observer classifications;
· Aviation observer- approved by the Director of Flight Operations to observe pilot duties.
· Medical observer- fire or emergency medical service personnel, physicians, nurses and other health care professionals.
· LZ observers- students who are or have attended an Air Care landing zone class.
