The Commission on Accreditations of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) is dedicated to assisting air medical service and ground transport service professionals in providing the highest possible quality service in patient care and safety in the transport environment.

Participation in this accreditation process is voluntary and provides services with the ability to demonstrate to their peers, medical professionals, and the general public their adherence to the highest standards in the industry.

West Michigan Air Care (Air Care) has maintained accreditation as an air transport critical care service with CAMTS since 1995.
